Participant Support
Role Description
These volunteers work directly alongside adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) once our programs begin. They will need to pass a background check. Individualized training will be provided.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting participants with farm activities
Encouraging independence
Providing companionship and social interaction
Supporting recreational and educational activities
Helping participants safely engage with animals and nature
Ideal for:
Mature high school students
College and graduate students
