Role Description

These volunteers work directly alongside adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) once our programs begin. They will need to pass a background check.  Individualized training will be provided.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting participants with farm activities

  • Encouraging independence

  • Providing companionship and social interaction

  • Supporting recreational and educational activities

  • Helping participants safely engage with animals and nature

Ideal for:

  • Mature high school students
