Kathryn Empson - Director of Compliance

Kathryn brings over twenty years of expertise in healthcare quality and compliance, helping organizations exceed federal performance standards, earn clean audits, and secure long-term contracts by developing systems that integrate both compliance and patient-centered service excellence. She champions process standardization and continuous improvement, particularly within services for seniors and persons with disabilities.

She earned a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington, underscoring her deep foundation in public health principles, population health, and evidence-based practice.

In her personal life, Kathryn’s parents regularly provided respite care for a friend’s daughter with autism, an experience that instilled in her a deep understanding of the importance of respite and supporting both caregivers and those they care for.
