This is a volunteer role for to be the Director of Philanthropy at KIDD Forever. Your main goal is to develop connections and awareness throughout the local community, with the long term goal of developing regular sources of funding to sustain the KIDD Forever operation. The role involves conducting prospect research, building relationships with potential donors, and managing donor communications and recognition. This position can be completely remote but it would be preferred to sometimes visit the farm, located in Graham, WA, in person and requires regular collaboration with the KIDD Forever team and community stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Most importantly, have a passion for working with the IDD community and supporting their enrichment through outdoor activities.
