Jayda brings nearly 20 years of experience in advocacy, education, and nonprofit development. She began her career in New Orleans with Teach For America, helping to rebuild special education services after Hurricane Katrina. That early work shaped her core identity as a respectful servant leader. Jayda’s work has since focused on creating high-impact solutions to improve services for systemically minoritized people and communities.
She holds an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis and is the founder of a consulting firm that helps mission-driven organizations strengthen program impact through data-informed, behavior-based strategies.
As Director of Philanthropy, Jayda brings a strategic and thoughtful approach to fundraising and resource stewardship. She is committed to sustaining services that are rooted in dignity, inclusion, and long-term outcomes.
